After years of dormancy, the Web browser wars have been rekindled. But as Mozilla's Firefox fights for dominance with Microsoft, a handful of smaller players still offer their own browsing alternatives. This download is an Internet Explorer-based browser with its own vision of tabbed surfing. It's best for users who often work with the same group of pages, with a Groups feature that allows several Web sites to be opened with a single-click. The program has 10 tabs that work a bit like TV channel buttons, but without the ability to add new tabs or close already opened ones, this interface can become irritating. The built-in RSS reader is not particularly convenient, and few of the 100 skins offered for download actually make the program easier to use. The browser does come with a built-in pop-up blocker. Given the overcrowded state of today's browser market, we see little reason to recommend this program over its better-known rivals.

"Bad program"

Cons: The buttons and menus are not comfortably located.
I noticed that all programs that Dima_R gives good reviews to are actually awful.
