Version: TZ Connection Booster 1.1
Cons: went from 2008kbps down to 91kbps, uninstalled rebooted, went back to 2023kbps. used recommended settings, so i guess TZ stands for "total zilch" connection. Free or not, it's not worth it.

Version: TZ Connection Booster 1.1
Pros: It's settings can be easily un-done.
It can be uninstalled.
Cons: I performed 3 independent bandwidth speed tests before even installing this software and made a note of the results. I then installed and ran the software, applying all of its recommended settings for my DSL connection. The results? On average, my connection was 108kbps (23%) SLOWER than it was before this software's settings were applied. What a total waste of time? Unfortunately, it seems that this piece of software is like many others; it promises much more than it can deliver. In my case (3GHz,512MB,Win 2000,512kbps DSL) it made things worse, not better...

"50.6 KBPS BEFORE INSTALLATION... 50.6 KBPS AFTER INSTALLATION"
Pros: No benefits so far.
Cons: The title says it all. Unfortunately I'm stuck with dial-up so a little help will be nice but this isn't the case. My computer always connect to the internet at 50.6 kbps before use this program, after install the software I realized that my computer still connecting to the internet at 50.6 kbps. Verdict... to me it's a worthless program. Don't waste your time with this program.

Version: TZ Connection Booster 1.1
Pros: I don't know what the person who said it doesn't boost dial-up was thinking, it boosted my dial-up connection. My pages load noticeably faster and my downloads are a little fater. I mean, you can't expect too much from dial-up, but it's what some of us can afford. Definitely a good program to have.
