Publisher's description of Reflex Vision
From Increment Software:Reflex Vision is a background application for Windows XP that makes switching windows faster and easier. When Reflex Vision is running, you simply use a pre-defined hotkey or hotspot, and all your open windows will scale down and reposition themselves, allowing you to see them all simultaneously. You then click the window you want, and all the windows will move back, with the one you chose in front. Reflex Vision also allows you to simultaneously view windows from only the current application and also features an improved Show Desktop function. When previewing windows, they can be set to update in real-time, allowing you to see a download or online conversation progress as it happens. You can even interact with these live previews to pause your music or change track without having to change windows. Version 3.0.2 adds compatibility for console windows in Show Desktop mode and removes an unnecessary error message.

Version: Reflex Vision 3.0.2
"Nice OS-X Expose' Imitation, but memory hog"
Pros: It works much like Expose on OS-X and functions without flicker on a GeForce FX 5600 graphics card. The response time is very good and the motion is fluid. All settings can be customized. (reviewed version 3.0.2)
Cons: On the default setting it uses too much system RAM (up to 44MB), which is a lot for a small utility. This can be improved, though by using Video RAM which will reduce memory usage to 14MB.

Version: Reflex Vision 3.0.2
Pros: Completely customizable
Very reasonable price
Amazing tech support
Very intuitive
Fast response time
A MUST DOWNLOAD!!
Cons: there is a flickering issue only sometimes, which is a minor glich that they informed me they would be fixing. This ocurrs when the windows are redrawn. But do not let this deter you!!!

Version: Reflex Vision 3.0.2
"Uninstaller broken, not supported anymore"
Cons: Too slow for 20+ windows, takes a few seconds on a Core 2 Duo with 2GB RAM. The uninstaller doesn't work, still keeps loading up upon startup and doesn't delete itself out of C:\Program Files. ReflexHook.dll seems to attach itself to a bunch of other processes. Support links don't work and lead to domain camping sites, this despite their main site being up. Stay away! And to think I actually paid for the license.

Version: Reflex Vision 3.0.2
"Great mac-like interface, beside some bugs"
Pros: - Fast and useful, just like the mac version
- Great alternative to alt+tab
- Fairly price
Cons: - Support is slow or non-existent, since none of my email got an answer
- The "show desktop" has a bug with some softwares that does not allow you to select the window again after you invocate this function (I experienced this issue with Outlook 2007, Total Commander 6.64/7.0rc4, Nero Express 5.5.7.1, Project 2003 and MediaMonkey 2.5.5.996/3.0.0.1034.
- Demo version is way too short.

Version: Reflex Vision 3.0.2
Pros: Very configurable and handy.
Cons: The window animation jitters terribly. Only solution is to turn it off, which means you don't get the nice Mac style window shrinking thing. Still works, but not the way it should and I have a lot of ram and a good 256 mb graphics card.
