From Net2Phone:Net2Phone CommCenter lets you place calls and send faxes over the Internet from your PC to a PC, a regular telephone, or a fax machine. Call any phone within the U.S. for as low as 2 cents a minute. PC-to-PC calls are always free. International calls are as low as 3.9 cents a minute. Fax for as little as 10 cents per page. Simply download the free software, register, and then add calling time to your account.
The latest version of Net2Phone CommCenter is advertisement free. We've listened to user feedback and have removed ads from CommCenter. The application features the same low rates, the same great features, just no more ads.

"spyware!!! they promise no spyware and they fail!"
Cons: They said that software is free of spyware??? FALSE!!!
At oct 2005 has eXact.BargainBuddy, for example in c:\program files\net2phone commcenter\cc_versn.dll

Summary: In fairness, uninstalled right after installing. They charge for everything - even Toll Free (1-800) calls. You want to pay for toll free calls, go for it, I'll just use another real free phone program.
