Version: Inno Setup Compiler 5.2.2
Pros: 1. VS2005 : since has more features.
2. Paid Softs : It's a great free soft.

Version: Inno Setup Compiler 5.2.2
Pros: Very powerful and customizable. Free. Makes professional looking installers, much better than the native .NET install creator.
Cons: There's a bit of a learning curve but there are good front-end tools that can help you create your instaler. Also, there's no native .NET support but you can find examples on the internet.

"A comprehensive, coherent straghtforward package."
Pros: The Wizard covers all the basics and anything else you possibly need can be specified in the script file, which is comprehensively documented. You can specify other programs to run post-installation for example, as well as post-uninstallation.
Cons: Nothing I can think of, unless you want unusual graphics or something, and maybe it can do that as well.
