Version: PocketPC Installer 2.3811
"Simple way to create powerful PDA installer files"
Pros: We've used this to create our Windows Mobile installer files, and it couldn't be easier. Drag,drop, tick some tickboxes and Build. There is also a PocketPC Installer Professional product, with Smartphone & wince compatibility, and their website says existing users of this product will receive the Professional product free. Well worth the $75 asking price!!
Cons: Nothing,it does exactly what it promises, very easily.
