Cons: Nada... except its the best money can buy

"5 stars to a an industry standard"
Pros: avast! is way lot more than just an antivirus: it is also an *excellent* antispyware, antirootkit, email, web, p2p, IM chat, screipt, network & applications protection program. Streamlined GUI; it's also very fast in both realtime and on-demand scan.
Cons: I ONLY wish it had an outbound firewall protection.
Summary: I'm a longtimer user of this excellent product. Oh! didn't told you there's a powerfull FREE version of avast! ??? Don't believe just me, pleas do check the +independent+ test site, AV-COMPARATIVES.ORG and choose 'Comparatives' from the left menu. An... read more

Pros: its on access scanning feature is best.. If one is downloading a file and its 20% completed for say and it contains any viruses, its on access scanner promts u to abort the connection and in this way u stops the virus before it enters in ur PC..
Cons: no cons, it is just awesome!!!
better than AVG, Kaspersky, McAfee, Norton, Avira, Nod32 and all antivius on Cnet...Summary: I like this antivirus coz it had never happened that i entered a usb containing viruses and it does not detect the viruses...
