"Is the 10-minute trial a hoax?"
Cons: Maybe it's a great application... but how do you activate this 10-minute free trial offered? There are NO instructions during login.
There are dozens of these services about so being able to evaluate effectively is a MUST!!

"Look no further than iConnecthere"
Pros: All around high quality phone service with affordable prices and great features like call forwarding, Web access to voicemail and much more. I make a lot of local and international calls from my office and having a reliable phone company like iConnecthere really helps.
Cons: Incoming calls cost more, occasional service support problems

Pros: I end up calling home to China a lot, and even after this past holiday season, with its requisite calls to parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers, et al I find that I still have money in my account (I put 10 bucks in to start). You really aren't going to get a better deal, and the calls are good as with my regular long distance plan (that charges me way more). The best part is you're not watching the clock to make sure you aren't lining some long distance company's pockets with your money- you end up being able to have real conversations about whatever you want, instead of trying to rush through calls.
Cons: This isn't to say that the product is perfect- the dialer is a little clunky, and I wish there was some way for me to use my regular cordless telephone to make phone calls instead of a headset but overall this is better than anything else I've tried, and the call quality really is great.

"The best VOIP service used for the past 5 years."
Pros: Sound quality, voice quality are all good. The customer services are excellent. I had been having problems and contacted the customer services, they were not only prompt in acknowleding but they resolved the problem in shortest possible time. So much so that since I had been experiencing the problem for a couple of months, and once resolved, they reimbursed the monthly subscription for that period. No other service provider would do that. I can write a full chapter regarding their excellent services.
