"Buy the game & the Expansion Pack"

    by casper75 on June 3, 2005

Pros: I have never done a game review before so here I go Painkiller would have to be one of the best games out there from the very beginning you are thrown into one hell of a challenge, I have played Far Cry & the Half Life series & both those games are what I would call slow starters. The Graphics in Painkiller are just as good as Far Cry & the Half Life series & the sound is very real as well the first time I started playing I had chills down my spine, You have a large selection of weapons which you will need to defend yourself from all types of monsters within the game. For people who are new to this game there is an expansion pack available however you will need to download a few patches to make it run the Patches you need are:

Painkiller patch 1.61, File Size 338MB

Painkiller update 1.62, File Size 108MB

    Pk162_164patch File Size 6.36MB

    All are exe files

If you have a fast internet connection these file will be easy to download

Cons: No problems with this game however You must have files listed above to run the expansion pack.

"a brilliant masterpeice of modern gaming"

    by brianthesnail123 on July 24, 2006

Pros: this game is probally the best game i have played in history,it has everything a game should have, brilliant graphics, cool gameplay, loads of weapons, and a brilliant soundtrack

the graphics are easily handled by low end cards(radeon 9250,ge-force 4mmx),and this is on high settings(1024x768 res).

play it today, you wont regret it!
