Pros: Easy to use and its fast. Both PSP and iPod formats are converted without problem. It deserves the price. Thank you.

"Horrible customer service - please read before you buy!"
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: To make a long story short - I wanted my money back (on the website, they say that their software comes with a "100% money back guarantee"), so I contacted their customer support one month ago and I still haven't received any money back. They basically will not return my emails and when they do, they pretend not to know whatâ??s going on. After threatening them with legal actions, they eventually sent an email saying that they would process my refund â?? two weeks later â?? nothing. Homedvdcopy.com is a horrible company to deal with. I would not recommend them at all â?? please keep moving.
