"Old reg info for stuff you may have already removed"
Pros: None none none.
Sorry had to do a min of 10 charactersCons: Tells you old information the is in the registry for items that have already been removed. Then you need to pay to remove them. So to an average user it looks like your system is swarming with bad things when it isn't
Summary: Go for Adaware or Spybot. I have used those two for years and never needed anything else. read more

"DO NOT install the "registry protection library" update"
Pros: detects malware others do not, even if you hate this software this is a fact.
Cons: DO NOT install the "registry protection library" update! At install make sure to disable automatic updates, then when it asks if you want to install "registry protection library" uncheck the option and click cancel. (continued)
Summary: Everytime you go to manually update the software you have to remember to uncheck the "registry protection library" update. The "registry protection" will cause your registry to fragment to ridiculous levels and eventually your computer will not boot... read more

"Decent, but prepare for Sluggish Starts"
Pros: Spyware Doctor is undoubtedly one of the most awarded antispyware programs, and lots of my coworkers use it. Regardless of your opinion of it, it does find spyware others don't, due to its massive malware database & quick "Intelliscan".
Cons: The Starter Edition leaves something to be desired. Although it does have a real-time "FileGuard" component, I've found that it has never prompted me when it should (e.g. opening generic .exe downloads). Also, my startup is significantly slower.
Summary: Overall, it's a decent programme, with in-depth yet fast scans, an auto-scan feature, and somewhat of a real-time protection. However, because of its large memory usage (which often peaks at 100mb for unknown reasons) and the silence of its real-time... read more

Cons: its "very" intrusive, misleading, requires a lot of ram,

"Good...But!! there are still mistakes"
Pros: it detects viruses, cookies, infections, malware, etc.
Cons: i slows down my computer when start up or when i reboot it.
Summary: its a good product, but the thing i don't like is, you still need to upgrade it what is the use of a free software if you need to upgrade and pay for it for the removal of detected viruses and etc. read more
