"Product seems great, but customer service is horrible."
Pros: Seems to keep up on updates, and cleaning is deep.
Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE..I have sent a few emails, needing some questions answered, customer service rep is rude, ignorant, and truly should be doing something else, very poor representation of the company and to date still no answer, let alone a solution
Summary: I think the product is good, however it is a bit too intrusive, as it has interrupted simple things on my computer, like allowing me to access control panel, or switch user. I was always able to do this, but my inquires to customer service, has been ... read more

Pros: Has been working stable so far. No crashes.
Cons: Very silly name! Didn't find anything which my other anti-spyware programs couldn't find.
Summary: It seems to be a good program, but the name is really silly in my opinion. I like stable applications though and for that I give it thumbs up! read more

"powerful tool; better than nis; 11 additionals found"
Pros: this tool found 11 additional items (reanimator, tec) where other
tools nis, spybot told, that computer was clean
very good programCons: none so far

Pros: this product is not a nuisance and does a good job in getting rid of adware and spyware and best of all it is free.
Cons: there is nothing that i don't like
