Windiws Start up - Start up manager (you can find this freeware by searching on google or on sourceforge.net)

Most Complete Codec Pack!

Pros: you can play any video file with any weird extension once you install this massive codec pack! tools like avifIXED and sherlock make this pack even more useful.

and the very best media player classic!

Cons: don't forget to uninstall any other codec pack that you may have, before installing this one, including DivX codecs.
