Version 9 on my Vista Home Basic does not work.

Pros: Previous versions always worked as advertised!

Cons: I received a notice to upgrade to version 9 about two weeks ago. When I tried to down load and install the new version, every thing looks good, but does not work. I have performed al the uninstall and install trouble shooting in 14157 & 19166 to no avail. I can not do any catalogs, game displays, or my crossword puzzles. I need help. I am retired on fixed income and can not afford pro help.
