Pros: very useful to manage my ipod, because it can be installed on my ipod, and i can use it on other computers

Can pull songs off I pod if you don't have a way to get them otherwise.Cons: Confusing to use
Limited number of songs per importSummary: Maybe this might of been a useful program but I ended up following apple's directions in syncing my I pod to my new pc.

"Transfers files ipod - pc perfectly."
Pros: Simple to use.
Cons: 1. It was slow to detect the files on my ipod.
2. Once detected, it did not state which files had already been transferred or not.Summary: I needed a product to transfer files from IPOD to a PC.
It did this.
Price - though I thought a little much - was fine because I just wanted it to save the time I would have instead spect downloading all my mp3s again. -

Pros: still trying to think of something
Cons: didn;t recognize my ipod or iphone. wouldn't transfer my playlists, and support was slow to non existent in bad english
