Abl2Extract is a powerful PDF Converter tool that lets users convert their PDF data into formatted MS Excel spreadsheets, editable MS Word documents, forms, powerpoint presentations, Autocad (DWG, DXF), Open Office, image formats (jpeg, bmp, png, tiff, etc.), HTML and more. A2E has its own proprietary PDF viewer that allows users to select exactly what they want to convert. Our custom Excel conversion option lets users graphically designate how they want their PDF data converted into excel and then save the template for future use. This ensures perfect conversions into Excel. A2E also converts XPS documents into Word, Excel, Powerpoint and more. XPS is microsoft's PDF competitor available in Vista.
Version 6.0 adds batch conversion of PDFs, PDF to Autocad (DWG and DXF formats) conversion.

Pros: Easy download
Cons: My development team told me that it produced bad code that scrambled the page I put it on
Summary: Awful product at least in the test version. Maybe the full blown version is better. I sure won't buy it to find out!~

"Better than the alternatives"
Pros: Conversion accuracy. More conversions than other PDF converters available. Pro version converts scanned and image PDF.
Cons: interface could use an update but at least it is easy to use.
Summary: Output is most accurate of all the PDF converters that I tried. And that is the name of the game.

"converted pdf to excel, word, & dwg. works great"
Pros: Converted something i was trying to convert with another program great. converted pdf to word and excel program which is used a lot in the office i work.
Cons: on dwg files it converts lines to polylines. is not that horrible, but still would like it to be single lines.
Summary: great product, gives you enough time with trial to figure whether you would like to purchase or not. i recommend getting this product for those who need pdf's conveted to word, power point, excel, or dwg file. worked great for me.

Cons: conversions are blurred and dodgy. Would not recommend this to anyone whatsoever. just save your time and try something else

Pros: At least it downloaded quick
Cons: Not fully functional. Can't convert scanned dowuments.
Summary: I am tired of downloading software that claims to do one thing or another and then leaves out the obvious like that a PDF would be a scanned document. Give us the full version to test or nothing at all. It's hard to fall in love with half a program ... read more >>
