From Adobe Systems: The Adobe PostScript Printer Driver (AdobePS) lets you print documents from Mac OS applications to a PostScript printer. When you use AdobePS with the PDF printer driver plug-in, you can generate an Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) file from AdobePS, set up and select an Acrobat PDF custom printer from the Printer menu of AdobePS, and set Acrobat Distiller options that affect the type of PDF file Acrobat Distiller will produce.- See more CNET content tagged:

If you work on an older Mac or use the Classic environment from an earlier version of Mac OS X, this app is great for making PDF files. Some jobs require Portable Document Format files when you need to know for sure your document can be read on any system. This app allows Classic Mac OS users to make PDF files and it's as easy as going to the printer menu in Photoshop and selecting the Acrobat PDF custom printer. If you're a dedicated Mac Classic OS user and have need to make PDF files out of Photoshop, you will appreciate this program.
