From Adobe Systems:Adobe Reader for Palm OS software lets you view Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files on handheld devices running Palm OS. Now take your eBooks, documents, and Adobe Photoshop Album slide shows from your desktop with you on your Palm OS device. Adobe Reader for Palm OS conveniently reflows Adobe PDF text to fit and be easily read on small screens, while preserving graphics and images.
Adobe Reader for Palm OS includes two components that work together: The desktop application (and conduit during HotSync) runs on your desktop computer. It prepares PDF files for the Palm OS and transports them to the user's handheld device. The reader is the Palm OS application that runs on the Palm OS device, designed to accommodate the characteristics of small-screen devices. Version 3.05 allows the transfer and viewing of Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) protected eBooks. Displays Adobe Photoshop Album slide shows. Enables printing using the EFI PrintMe network.
Note: Adobe Reader for Palm OS, version 3.05 is recommended to be used in conjunction with Adobe Reader 6.0, Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional, or Acrobat 6.0 Standard to experience the full product functionality. Prior to installing Adobe Reader for Palm OS, version 3.05, we recommend that you delete previous versions of Acrobat Reader on your Palm OS device.

These days, it's hardly possible to overstate the importance of Adobe's PDF file format. Government agencies, companies, publications and many others all use it to distribute electronic documents that are print-ready. Many tools exist to read these documents, but Adobe's own Reader remains the leader. It is easy to find, easy to use, and very powerful; it can handle password-secured documents, and of course offers all the traditional features such as text search and cut and paste.
This version brings most of those same familiar functions from the computer to the Palm OS, allowing users to take digital books and other documents on the go. Running in conjunction with a program on the PC, it transports PDF documents to the handheld device, helping to resize some documents for the small screen. It can handle books protected in Adobe's copy-protection format, as well as Photoshop-formatted slide shows. It's a free download, and in our opinion a must-have for every Palm user.

Pros: If you need to read .pdf, this is something you need. eBooks, etc... you need this.

Cons: It took 6 tries to get it to install, installer software installed itself also on my PC (no chance to refuse), software acts as spyware. Am really disappointed in Adobe!

Pros: couldn't find anything to like...
Cons: to big and to much crud that I didn't wan't AND NEVER WORKED. The download took thiry min.s and for nothing. I don't think this is worth a raiting at all... IT SUCKED!!!!!!!!
