Publisher's description of Home Keylogger
Home Keylogger is a piece of spy software that intercepts all keyboard input and writes it to a log file. This free program can work in stealth mode and is next to impossible to detect. Only the person who knows a special key combination can control Home Keylogger. It presents the logged data in a neat way that is easy to read, but at the same time it fixes every event that has been done. Every keystroke is written to the log file with the title of the window that was active at that moment. The program's primary area of application is parental and spousal control. This security agent lets you monitor the sites your family members access (even if they clean the browser history and cache) and control their talks in online chat rooms. You can also control the use of e-mail and instant-messaging software. Another possible use of Home Keylogger is data backup.

"Does what it says...nothing special"
Pros: For everyone that keeps saying it is a virus...learn what you're talking about. Anti-Virus software is going to recognize this as a virus because it is a keylogger! You are installing a keylogger onto your computer, so of course it's going to recognize it as something that you don't want. What do you think a virus is? Sometimes it's someone putting a keylogger onto your own computer. This time you're doing it yourself...it's just doing it's job and telling you that a keylogger was installed.....that doesn't make the program a "virus" and mean that you should delete it.

Version: Home Keylogger 1.7
Pros: Downloaded and tested: Because of the virus warnings in the user reviews, I checked with Norton Antivirus with the latest update before extracting - nothing found. Home Keylogger extracted and installed - no problem. Has a stealth mode - no problem. Working like a champ so far. Recommended by me. Submitted 7/16/05

"OF COURSE IT SHOWS UP AS A KEYLOGGER"
Pros: Really now, of COURSE it shows up as a keylogger in virus/spyware scans, YOU'RE DOWNLOADING A KEYLOGGER.
Honestly, if you can't understand this, you sure need to find another field to be participating in.
Works quite well, a good program for the price.
