Supported file formats: WAV, MP3, MPEG1, AVI. Supported protocols: INT (used to read files stored in the handheld's internal memory), EXT (used to read files stored on expansion cards). Supported video codecs: H263, MPEG 1,2,4, DivX, MJPEG.

Summary: It launches but instead of playing an mpeg it simply resets the device. Did this software pass any kind of test?

Summary: No where is it mentioned that this software will not work on Tungsten C. Didn't worked when i tried to install and run it on my Tungsten C.
