Version: NoteTab Light 5.61
Pros: lots of features, intuitive to use. I am not a power user but think a power user could zip along with the features that Notetab offers (I have the free version). I give 4 stars because I do not want ot pretend I have expertise but for my use I would say it is 5 stars worth of usefulness.
Cons: a spellchecker and xml functionality would be nice

"Excellent Powerful. Must have it."
Pros: paste boared -- pastes in anything you copy in another window Saves lots of mouse clicks -- you don't have to go back and forth between windows.'
Lots of other great features too numerous to mention
Cons: No proportional fonts or spelling checker.

Pros: If you need to write and edit text files, Notepad++ can be overkill. This one is perfect.

Pros: The free version is far better than all the previous text editors that I paid for.
