A feature-rich toolbar, full of Pengs most useful searches, this application smoothly integrates with Internet Explorer. Easily installed, Pengs Toolbar does not interfere with your existing IE toolbars (Google and Yahoo). You can quickly hide or show the toolbar depending on your regular browsing needs. The application currently support Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4 or later. If you have browsing enhancements installed, you can also use the Pengs Toolbar from your Microsoft Windows Task Bar. This is not a regular search box toolbar. All its capabilities expand your searching experience to the max. The application updates automatically so you never have to be concerned with not having the most current version of the Pengs toolbar.

Although it offers a few useful features, Pengs Toolbar doesn't really stand out in a crowded field. This Internet Explorer add-on's main purpose is clearly the promotion of the Pengs.com search engine. Besides a search box that defaults to Pengs.com, the toolbar is littered with icons for categories such as entertainment, computing, and health--all of which contain content from the developer. Happily, the toolbar also lets you search more reliable engines, including Google and MSN. The pop-up blocker may be this toolbar's best addition, though it couldn't stop some complex ads. However, we did appreciate the ability to allow pop-ups via a quick keystroke and the inclusion of a white list. The ability to check several POP-3 e-mail accounts from directly within the program rounds out this add-on's feature set. Since it is free, it won't hurt to put Pengs Toolbar on your computer, but we don't think it will change your life.

"Great"

Summary: I like the toolbar, helps make searching easier. The best thing is that I put my pop3 info in the settings and it notifies me when I get mail. Saves computer resources, because I don't have to keep outlook open.

Summary: The listings are all commercial and the results generally suck. I can't understand why anyone would want to use this product. Don't waste your time
