A chime noise signals a blocked pop-up. Besides being a pop-up blocker, the toolbar has the following additional features: local content search (you choose the city during the download install), one-click Web, local news, weather, movie showtime, eBay, amazon, stock quote, and yellow page searches; all for FREE!
