From Famatech:Radmin (Remote Administrator) is a popular, award winning secure remote control software which enables you to work on a remote computer in real time as if you were using its own keyboard and mouse. Version: Radmin Server and Viewer 3.1
Pros: I run several PC in tree locations - at home, at my suburban house and at the office. Most of them are never switched off as most of them are set to make my houses the digital ones - they monitor inner and outer area, send me alerts, say hallo when I get home, play my favourite music, record tv shows, keep my files, some of them are simple NAS devices (why throw away an old PC -- make it a software RAID), etc etc. To manage the PCs I needed a RC software. There were quite a few options, but in the end Radmin became the choice. (Actually, when you plough through all available software you will find that most other solutions are either too slow or too much unstable.) There's hardly anything compared in terms of speed and reliability. Not ever!!! Ever!!! Ever!!! had I any issues. My remote PCs are now running for years and it never happened that I couldn't get access to them. And last time I was abroad I couldn't believe my luck - I was using some slow old GPRS modem and it was more than comfortable to work on my home server at that non-3G speed! I have problems forgetting my things at various places I live, but all of my PCs with their files and services are always with me )))
Cons: - To have a built-in Dyn-DNS service would be not bad. Now I run some third-party software.
- One of my PCs with an ATI video card has an issue with the Radmin Mirror Driver. Updating ATI drivers helps, but newer drivers have newer bugs. I have to use previous Radmin 2.2 on that PC. But that's ATI to be blamed...

"Great Way to remote access a computer"
Pros: Reasonably easy to use.... been using V3 for almost a year since it went Beta. Solid performing software that does what it says it will do. Control is total and exchanging files between systems is a breeze

"I love it! Go ahead Radmin! :D"
Pros: 1. Works great with my Windows Vista 64-bit.
2. Installer improved + better interface.
3. Supports Radmin Activation Server - a new tool for mass activation in large networks. Should be useful for system administrators.
4. Still most popular + top rated = the best :)
Go ahead Radmin!

"Very Good Remote Access software."
Pros: My computer bought alot of licences from this program and I love it!! I got some computers I have to fix and they are an hour away or so, and I can access the computer I need to fix within seconds. This program is really worth it.
Cons: If the computer you are trying access has an static IP address you have to make sure you have the correct IP address. The program follows the IP address you gave it when you set it up.
