Publisher's description of Rosoft Audio Converter 4.1.9

From Rosoft Engineering:

With this program you can encode fast speed, normal speed, and high quality. You can set the bitrate up to 320 kbps. You can chose to use VBR or non-VBR, but note that some hard ware (DVD, CD, MP3 Player ) cannot read VBR. For example some DVD players can only read CBR. Fast Mode encodes faster but doesn't give good quality sound while High Quality mode takes more time but . High Mode gives the best sound and takes longer time to encode. Fast Mode encodes fast at the cost of the quality. Normal is some where in the middle between Fast mode and High Quality mode.

Version 4.1.9 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
