Publisher's description of Safe Eyes 2006 2.0
From InternetSafety:Safe Eyes 2006 parental control software provides all of the protection needed against undesirable material on the Internet. Using SafeBrowse.com's content-filtering technology allows you to ban access to certain types of Web sites. In this version you now can monitor all of the Web sites a user visits, and logs can be reviewed anytime through a Web-based portal. Safe Eyes 2006 also contains time controls to help you control time spent online. Best of all, Safe Eyes 2006 is the only Internet control software that will call you on the telephone when access to undesirable material is detected.
Version 2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: Safe Eyes 2006 2.0
"Flawed treatment of "fast user switching""
Pros: does what it says, pretty efficiently, easy user interface
Cons: Big problem though, is its lack of tight integration with apple's user accounts controls. You have to log in separately to SafeEyes, which is a bit of a pain, but ok. Much worse though, if you use "fast user switching" to change from one Apple user account to another, SafeEyes doesn't notice and leaves you logged into SafeEyes as the previous user. So if dad is logged in to the Mac and to SafeEyes, and junior switches to his own Mac account, then he still gets Dad's SafeEyes access.
NOT GOOD!!!

"easier to bypass than to uninstall"
Cons: This is by far the easiest Internet filter software to bypass. If you sincerely want to keep your kids protected than do not use this filter. When I called up the support line to ask for an explanation they made excuses instead and then hung up. Not worth downloading as it is harder to uninstall than it is to bypass.
