"skype 3 is better than skype beta"
Pros: skype 3 is easy to use and its is free, but.....
Cons: can't pinpoint who is talking, which irritate and confuse the cast. some people takes advantage of this and say undesirable language and get away with it. as of skype beta, the window is too big for me and i can't find the history button.

"Support is so incompetent it proved useless"
Pros: ...still thinking
Cons: Company was unable to correct an error issuing a phone number. My account is now linked to a number in use by a land based phone company client. Try to call me and you'll get them instead. Skype was totally unable to correct the problem and wanted instead for me to purchase yet another number. To date (6/23/2008) they have neither corrected the problem or refunded fees.
