Cons: Stripped out all my file tags - artist, album, even title

"Worked First Time, batch convert m4a to mp3"
Pros: It was easy and fast, sought out all files in multiple directories and did the conversion quick and painless, exactly as I needed
Cons: The need for it to go back and download the needed files, but they were small and fast. Would be better if they were all included

Pros: Easy to use; works fast; great program; sharp website and support.
Cons: None that I could find.
