Version: X-RayPC 1.001
"A good quick look - for the experienced"
Pros: Great tool, for getting rid of what does not belong. It is much like Hijack This. It is not for the beginner or novice, you do need to be able to recognize what you see and what you are going to remove and the actions you take. It does help by providing a red, green, and grey signal. It is pretty likely that the red marked items need to be removed. It is simple in form and use ability. It is portable and requires no installation. Very few functions, but allows you to remove or delete the bad entries or listings. Again this is for the experienced user or technician.
Cons: not for the beginner or novice. do not like the general interface or the way the functions are laid out, but this is a personal preference.

"Very tightly coded and almost too powerful"
Pros: This is the tightest antispyware tool I have used to clean up machines that are really infested. I use the HiJack This format but what i really like is the Database matchup feature that shows processes as reds, greens and greys. You can disregard the greens, get rid of the reds and then research the greys which saves time. The application is very tightly coded, no run time libraries needed so you don't have to install. Highly portable and something you don't usually find this day and age with all the bloatware. I keep it on a USB memory stick when doing repairs out in the field.
Cons: This is NOT a tool for newbies or the unskilled who don't know what they are doing. It is designed for technicians who have experience in malware hunting.

"basically its hijackthis with online analysis"
Pros: Compare with Hijackthis, X-ray pc has a handy button which connects to a database, and "safe" object will be tag with a green tick. User can then ignore those entry with green tick and proceed with those without green tick.
Cons: the "Online analysis" function needs active internet connection to work. Else its just like Hijackthis
Summary: A light-weight and safe-mode bootable independent programme that does its job without ads embeded
