Pros: Not aware that it had completed the copy so soon! Great job! All my playlists were saved.

Pros: I believe this product creates good relationship between my iPod and my iTunes library. I could only sync from iTunes to my iPod, now the reverse process comes true.

Pros: I should say it has become my favorite assistant of iPods. Easily transfer from old iPod to the new one. This feeling was actually great.
